Peanut Apple Crumble

• 1/2 cup KRAFT* Light Crunchy Peanut Spread
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/2 cup coconut
• 2 cups cornflakes
• 8 apples, peeled and sliced Safeway 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09

1. Melt together the peanut butter and honey.
2. Mix together with coconut and cornflakes.
3. Layer apples into a 18 x 18cm (3 litre) baking dish and top with cornflake mix.
4. Bake in oven at 180C for 30 minutes.
