Marsala Cake

  1. Mount (whisk) the egg whites and set it aside
  2. Whisk together the butter, sugar and egg yolks
  3. Add the Marsala wine and mix well
  4. Add the flour
  5. Add the egg whites you previously mounted and stir gently
  6. Add the baking powder and mix well
  7. Grease a baking dish, add your dough and bake it for about 25 to 40 minutes (depends a lot on your over) at 180 C / 350F
  8. This is the frosting I used in this recipe: Condensed Milk frosting
