Oven-Barbecued Chicken
- 3 each chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless with bone
- 1 small onions
- 12 ounces chili sauce
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano dried
- 1 x black pepper to taste
- Brown chicken on all sides in a skillet coated with non-stick cooking spray.
- Transfer to a greased 11x7x2 inch baking dish, top with onion.
- Combine chili sauce, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and oregano, pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle with pepper.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350F (180C) for 45 minutes.
