Cream Cheese Cookies - Jess and Vi's Cream Cheese Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
  2. Mix filling ingredients and set aside.
  3. Mix dough ingredients and let rest in refrigerator at least 2 hours or overnite.
  4. Roll out dough 1\ inch thick.
  5. Cut dough into diamond shapes.
  6. Add 1 tsp (5 ml) of filling.
  7. Pinch sides together.
  8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
