Easy Creamy Pasta with Soy Milk

  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over low heat until it becomes fragrant.
  2. (Start boiling the pasta.)
  3. Add the chopped leek, turn the heat a little higher, and fry until soft.
  4. Add the mushrooms, mix briefly, then add the soy milk and miso.
  5. After everything has blended, let it sit on the heat for around 3 minutes.
  6. When the sauce starts to thicken, mix in the boiled pasta.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to finish.
