Breakfast Bars
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 cup Dry oats
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1 cup Each of chopped dates,raisins,craisins,dry blueberries,sunflower seeds
- 2 cup Apple sauce
- 2 Smashed bananas
- 1 tsp Cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda
- Combine all ingredients well in a large bowl.
- Grease a shallow pan.
- Bake in a 375F preheated oven (convection) for 45 min to an hour, checking for doneness.
