Iowa Maid-Rites
- 4 lbs ground beef
- 1 ounce dry onion soup mix
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans French onion soup
- 15 hamburger buns, split
- dill pickle slices
- mustard
- Brown ground beef in skillet and drain.
- Add soup mix and french onion soup, cover and simmer for two hours (or may be placed in a slow cooker instead).
- To serve, spoon onto buns and top with mustard and pickles.
