Vanilla Latte Frosting

• 1 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
• 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 teaspoons half-and-half
• 1 1/2 teaspoons ground coffee

1. Beat sugar, butter, and vanilla extract together in a stand mixer until creamy.
2. Add half-and-half; beat until frosting is fluffy.
3. Stir in coffee until evenly combined.
