Healthier Shrimp Pad Thai

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil.
  2. Add the noodles, cover, and remove from heat.
  3. Combine fish sauce, soy sauce, agave and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  4. Add sesame oil to a pan and fry egg.
  5. Move to the side and add shrimp.
  6. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  7. Add garlic, drained noodles a mix.
  8. Pour sauce over and cook for about 3 minutes.
  9. Add chopped onion, nuts, and sprouts.
  10. Mix until all combined.
  11. Add additional sesame oil if desired.
  12. Serve with a squeeze of lime.
