Tex-Mex Cheese Ball
- 1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up, at room temperature
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Finely chopped pecans
- Combine VELVEETA and cream cheese in mixer bowl.
- Beat on medium speed with electric mixer until smooth.
- Add garlic salt, chili powder and 1 cup chopped pecans; mix well.
- Shape into ball; coat with finely chopped pecans.
