Chocolate Pound Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Grease and flour 10-cup 10-inch tube pan.
  3. In sifter, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Sift into large bowl.
  4. In large bowl with mixer at high speed, beat butter until fluffy.
  5. Gradually beat in sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
  6. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  7. Alternately beat in flour mixture in fourths and milk in thirds, beginning with flour.
  8. Beat in grated chocolate and vanilla extract.
