Dumpling

  1. mixed meat with marinate ingredients, keep In fridge
  2. boil water until 80C, Stir in Salt & Sugar
  3. add hot Water mixture to flour Knead into dough.
  4. add in oil, Continue to knead Until It turn smooth.
  5. let it rest for 10-15 minutes
  6. divide dough into 2, then into 2 again Until it reach 64 pieces...
  7. Shape the Small dough into ball, flatten it with a rolling pin until it reach 2 mm thickness.
  8. filled it with meat mixture & make it into a dumpling
  9. Cooking: bring 1/2 pot of water to boil, add in 1 tablespoon of salt.
  10. put in around 10 pcs of dumpling, stir slowly So it won't Stick together!
  11. Once the dumpling floated add in 1/2 cup Cold water, Cover With lid bring to boil again, repeat these step for another 2 times, dumpling Shall be ready after these.
