Skewered Chicken & Noodles Recipe

  1. Bone chicken, cut into 1/4 pcs.
  2. Combine 1/4 c. white wine and oil, pour over chicken.
  3. Cover and marinate chicken 2 hrs.
  4. Drain well, keep marinade (thread chicken pcs on skewers).
  5. Place on an unheated rack of broiler.
  6. Broil chicken 5 to 6 min, turning several times.
  7. Brush with marinade.
  8. Fry in oil 2 to 3 min more.
  9. Cook onion and garlic in butter, stir in cornstarch, chicken bouillon and pepper.
  10. Add in lowfat milk, cook till thickened.
  11. Stir in wine; heat well.
  12. Serve with noodles (cooked), toss noodles with parsley and tsp.
  13. of butter.
  14. Put chicken atop of noodles.
  15. Spoon sauce over chicken.
  16. Serves 2.
