Warm Artichoke Dip

• 250 g light cream cheese
• 14 ounces artichoke hearts
• 120 g crabmeat, Drained (optional)
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 dash Tabasco sauce
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice

1. Mix together.
2. Microwave for 1min.
3. Remove and mix.
4. Heat till warm.
