JET-PUFFED GHOSTMALLOWS Poke Cupcakes

  1. Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for cupcakes.
  2. Cool in pans 10 min.
  3. Pierce tops with fork.
  4. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in small bowl; stir 2 min.
  5. until completely dissolved.
  6. Spoon over cupcakes.
  7. Refrigerate 30 min.
  8. Remove from pans.
  9. Tint COOL WHIP with food coloring; spread over cupcakes.
  10. Top with marshmallows.
  11. Decorate as desired.
