Asian Beef And Noodles Recipe
- 1 1/2 lb Lean, boneless sirloin, cut into thin strips
- 1 x Red bell pepper minced
- 3 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 x Carrots, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
- 1/4 c. Tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. Sherry
- 1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Minced peanuts
- 12 ounce Cooked vermicelli
- Combine all ingredients, except noodles, in Crock Pot.
- Cover; cook on Low 8 to 10 hrs (High: 4 to 5 hrs).
- Serve over noodles.
- May be doubled for 5 qt models.
