Philly cheese steak sandwich
- 1 cup thinly sliced onion rings
- 1/2 cup red/yellow/orange peppers
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 cup Priano Portobello Mushrooms (sliced) with Roasted Red Peppers (Aldi)
- 2 slice Steak
- 6 tbsp Itailian Dressing
- 3 slice sub cheese (Swiss & American mix)
- 1 each Costanzo's Sub Roll
- Sauteing the onions and peppers in a pan with butter and Season Salt.
- Add minced garlic to the mix (optional).
- After they are done remove from pan.
- Using same pan add dressing and steaks to pan and cook until meat starts turning brown.
- After they brown add onions and peppers back along with peppers and mushrooms.
- Simmer everything until warm.
- Arrange ingredients in pan to shape the roll and add cheese to the top of the pile.
- Optional cheeses are Provolone or Cheese Whiz.
- Cover pan to melt cheese.
- Toast sub roll if desired and serve.
