Philly cheese steak sandwich

  1. Sauteing the onions and peppers in a pan with butter and Season Salt.
  2. Add minced garlic to the mix (optional).
  3. After they are done remove from pan.
  4. Using same pan add dressing and steaks to pan and cook until meat starts turning brown.
  5. After they brown add onions and peppers back along with peppers and mushrooms.
  6. Simmer everything until warm.
  7. Arrange ingredients in pan to shape the roll and add cheese to the top of the pile.
  8. Optional cheeses are Provolone or Cheese Whiz.
  9. Cover pan to melt cheese.
  10. Toast sub roll if desired and serve.
