Italian Beef Au Jus
- 6 pounds beef rump roast, trimmed
- 2 packages gravy mix, brown preferably 'Au Jus' Nestle brand
- 2 packages salad dressing mix, italian
- 2 each beef stock cans
- Place meat in a crockpot.
- Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over beef.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Meat may be sliced and served with hard rolls or shredded with 2 forks and served over noodles or rice, with broth thickened with flour if needed.
