Corned Beef Dip (yes, the stuff in the can)

  1. Break up the corned beef, so there are no chunks.
  2. Add all other ingredients and mix very well until smooth.
  3. If you do not have beau monde ( Spice Island product or on line spice store) I have just added a bit more dill and it tastes just as good.
  4. The cook time refers to time chill time.
  5. You can serve in hollowed out bread ( I like rye or pumpernickel for something different) or any variety of crackers.
