Corned Beef Dip (yes, the stuff in the can)
- 1 can Corned Beef
- 1-13 cup Mayonnaise
- 1-13 cup Sour Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Dried Parsley
- 2 Tablespoons Fine Chopped Onion
- 2 teaspoons Dried Dill Weed ( I Like A Bit More)
- 2 teaspoons Beau Monde
- Break up the corned beef, so there are no chunks.
- Add all other ingredients and mix very well until smooth.
- If you do not have beau monde ( Spice Island product or on line spice store) I have just added a bit more dill and it tastes just as good.
- The cook time refers to time chill time.
- You can serve in hollowed out bread ( I like rye or pumpernickel for something different) or any variety of crackers.
