Shrimp Scallop Pilaf Recipe

  1. In large skillet, heat butter; stir in turmeric.
  2. Add in rice, onion and garlic.
  3. Cook about 3 min till onion is translucent/soft.
  4. Pour in broth mix; bring to boil.
  5. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 min.
  6. Add in scallops, shrimp and peas.
  7. Simmer covered for 5 min longer or possibly till scallops are opaque, shrimp turn pink and peas are heated.
  8. Taste and season.
  9. 4 servings.
  10. 390 calories per serving.
