Alli O Li (Garlic Mayonnaise) Recipe

  1. Put lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, breadcrumbs, and egg yoks in a blender, blend for a few seconds at low speed.
  2. Add in the oil, drop by drop at first, till the mix starts to thicken, and then in a thin stream.
  3. When mayonnaise has thickened, blend in a spoonful of warm water and the sherry.
  4. Serve with broiled seafood or possibly broiled or possibly roast meats.
  5. (Makes 1 c.).
