Thai Peppered Chicken with Cucumber, Chilli and Lime

  1. Combine the sesame seeds, pepper and salt.
  2. Toss the chicken strips in the sesame seed mix to coat.
  3. Heat some oil in a fry pan and shallow fry the chicken for 5-7 minutes until crisp and golden.
  4. Drain well.
  5. Combine all the salad ingredients and drizzle with the dressing, toss through the cooked chicken and serve immediately.
