Fresh Tomato Pasta

  1. Put all of the ingredients into a large sauce pan.
  2. Over medium-high heat, bring to boil.
  3. Cover the pan, lower the heat and cook on medium for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve over hot pasta, and top with parmesan cheese.
  5. I can eat this out of the refrigerator the next morning for breakfast.
  6. I only make this when the tomatoes in my garden are ripe.
