Lemon Snowflakes

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, whipped topping and egg.
  2. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed until blended.
  3. Batter will be very sticky.
  4. Drop by teaspoonful into confectioners' sugar; roll lightly to coat.
  5. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
  6. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown.
