Creme Brulee

  1. Add pudding mixes to milk and half-and-half; beat with whisk 2 min.
  2. Pour into shallow 1-L baking dish.
  3. Refrigerate 15 min.
  4. Heat broiler.
  5. Sprinkle pudding with sugar.
  6. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 3 to 5 min.
  7. or until sugar is melted and caramelized.
  8. Serve immediately.
  9. Refrigerate leftovers.
