Creme Brulee
- 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup cold half-and-half
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- Add pudding mixes to milk and half-and-half; beat with whisk 2 min.
- Pour into shallow 1-L baking dish.
- Refrigerate 15 min.
- Heat broiler.
- Sprinkle pudding with sugar.
- Broil, 4 inches from heat, 3 to 5 min.
- or until sugar is melted and caramelized.
- Serve immediately.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
