Melted Ice Cream Cake

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Thoroughly grease a bundt pan with butter and set aside.
  2. Add the cake mix to a large bowl and beat in the eggs, oil and 1/4 cup water with an electric hand mixer until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted ice cream with a wooden spoon.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake until a toothpick inserted comes out clean, 40 to 45 minutes.
