Cheez Whiz Frittata

• 2 12 cups frozen hash browns
• 6 eggs
• 23 cup Cheez Whiz, process cheese product
• 14 cup fresh spinach, choped
• 14 cup onion, choped
• 14 cup red pepper, chopped
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 12 teaspoon pepper

1. Combine hashbrown, 1 egg, and half of the cheez whiz.
2. Press into a 9-inch pie plate.
3. Combine remaining ingredients and pour into pie plate.
4. Bake at 375F for 35-40 minutes or until set.
