Thai Martini

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the chopped apple with the lemongrass.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Add the rum and sour apple liqueur and shake well.
  4. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the apple slice.
