Thai Martini
- 1/2 Granny Smith apple, chopped, plus 1 thin slice for garnish
- 1 teaspoon minced lemongrass
- Ice
- 2 1/2 ounces coconut rum
- 1 ounce sour apple liqueur
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the chopped apple with the lemongrass.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Add the rum and sour apple liqueur and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the apple slice.
