St. Charles Punch

  1. In a cocktail shaker, dissolve sugar in lemon juice.
  2. Add ice, Cognac and port.
  3. Shake well and strain into a highball glass full of shaved ice.
  4. Garnish with orange wheel and a few raspberries.
