Beef Stir-Fry with Gochujiang & Yakiniku Sauce

  1. Combine the ingredients.
  2. Put sesame oil in a heated frying pan and cook the beef.
  3. When about 80% cooked, add the vegetables and stir-fry.
  4. Once cooked, add the sauce and let the seasoning soak in.
  5. Stop the heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and it's done.
  6. I tried it wrapped in cabbage leaves.
  7. It also tastes great if you top it on rice or wrap it in lettuce!

pack maitake mushrooms, onion, yakiniku sauce, gochujang, garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil
