Best breakfast sandwich

  1. Cook bacon to desired crispness
  2. Warm and butter croissants
  3. Place bacon on croissant.
  4. I use 1.5 slices per sandwich.
  5. Top with cheese
  6. Cook egg, breaking yolk at last minute.
  7. The egg goes on top of the cheese.
  8. I like a mayo/mustard topping...
  9. Enjoy
