Waffles
- 8 frozen waffles
- 1/2 cup reduced calorie maple-flavored or pancake syrup
- 4 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 1 cantaloupe
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk
- Heat 2 waffles per person as directed on package; top each with 1 Tbsp.
- syrup and 1/2 tsp.
- margarine.
- Complement each breakfast with 1/4 melon.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of milk with breakfast.
