Yakiniku Rice Burger
- 2 rice bowls worth Plain cooked rice
- 100 grams Beef
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sake
- 1 tsp Gochujang
- 1 Grated garlic
- 1 Sesame oil
- 1 Lettuce
- Place a round mold (9 cm) on baking paper and push 1/4 of the amount of rice into the mold.
- (Push it in firmly so it doesn't fall out in bits.)
- Make all 4 like this.
- Heat the sesame oil in the frying pan, add the rice portions from Step 1, and heat over medium heat so both sides become firm.
- (Make sure you remove the rice from the mold!)
- When they are cooked, spread soy sauce (not listed in the ingredients) over the surface.
- Heat the oil in the frying pan and cook the beef.
- Add salt and pepper and, when it has cooked thoroughly, season with the ingredients.
- Add lettuce and the beef from Step 3 to the rice from Step 2 and it's done.
