Yakiniku Rice Burger

  1. Place a round mold (9 cm) on baking paper and push 1/4 of the amount of rice into the mold.
  2. (Push it in firmly so it doesn't fall out in bits.)
  3. Make all 4 like this.
  4. Heat the sesame oil in the frying pan, add the rice portions from Step 1, and heat over medium heat so both sides become firm.
  5. (Make sure you remove the rice from the mold!)
  6. When they are cooked, spread soy sauce (not listed in the ingredients) over the surface.
  7. Heat the oil in the frying pan and cook the beef.
  8. Add salt and pepper and, when it has cooked thoroughly, season with the ingredients.
  9. Add lettuce and the beef from Step 3 to the rice from Step 2 and it's done.
