Baby Sprouts With Balsamic Vinegar And Sour Cream Recipe

  1. Cook the Brussel sprouts as per the pack instructions.
  2. Heat the butter in a saucepan, add in the ginger, garlic and mustard seeds.
  3. Cook till the seeds pop.
  4. Add in the bacon and cook for 1 min, then pour over the balsamic vinegar and cook gently till the liquid is reduced by half, approximately 5-7 min.
  5. Stir in the lowfat sour cream and heat gently.
  6. Season to taste, then pour it over the cooked Brussel sprouts and serve.
  7. NOTES : An unusual and delicious way of serving sprouts.
