Chicken with Thick Sweet and Sour Sauce

  1. Cut the chicken into easy to eat pieces, coat in the ingredients, and let sit for a while.
  2. Coat Step 1 in the katakuriko and cook in a frying pan with a bit of oil.
  3. Once cooked through, remove the excess oil from the pan.
  4. Mix the ingredients together, pour on top of the chicken, and coat well.
  5. Transfer to dishes and top with cubed avocado and tomato to finish.
