Sweet & Sticky Chicken
- 4 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup Cornstarch
- 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
- 1/4 cups Canola Oil
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 4 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 1/2 cups Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- Cut chicken into chunks, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Coat chicken with cornstarch and then dip in the beaten eggs.
- Fry in the oil until fully cooked through.
- Meanwhile, mix together sugar, ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce and garlic salt and bring to a boil.
- Stir constantly and cook over medium heat until thickened and reduced, about 6 to 8 minutes.
- Combine chicken and sauce and let simmer for a couple of minutes and until well-coated and mixed!
