Baked Tortilla Chips Recipe dotspotter

  1. Cut corn tortillas unto 1/8ths
  2. Using a paper towel, spread olive oil over a pyrex glass dish
  3. Spread corn tortilla slices out evenly in dish
  4. Place in preheated oven at 425 degrees
  5. Every 5 to 10 minutes, pull the chips out and seperate the ones that are stuck together (be careful, they are hot hot hot)
  6. The chips are done when most of them are a crisp golden brown.
  7. Enjoy!
