Orange-BBQ Chicken with Grilled Vegetables
- 1/3 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. zest and 2 Tbsp. juice from 1 orange
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
- 1 small zucchini, cut lengthwise in half
- 1 small yellow zucchini, cut lengthwise in half
- 1 red pepper, cut into quarters
- 3 Tbsp. Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- Heat barbecue to medium heat.
- Mix barbecue sauce, zest and juice until blended.
- Grill chicken 3 min.
- on each side; brush with 1/4 cup sauce.
- Add vegetables to barbecue.
- Grill chicken and vegetables 9 to 12 min.
- or until chicken is done (170F) and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning occasionally and brushing chicken with remaining barbecue sauce mixture and brushing vegetables with dressing.
