Ground Meat Pan Pie Recipe
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pound grnd round, chuck or possibly turkey
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt & pepper
- 2 c. mashed potatoes
- 1/4 c. shredded cheese
- 1/2 c. corn (opt.)
- 1.
- Mix 1/2 can of soup (undiluted), beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley, corn, salt and pepper.
- 2.
- Press into 9" pie pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min; drain off fat.
- 3.
- Spoon on potatoes.
- 4.
- Top with remaining soup then cheese.
- 5.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min till cheese melts.
