Creamy Potato Salad

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender.
  2. Drain and allow to cool slightly.
  3. Put potatoes in large bowl and add all other ingredients.
  4. Fold gently until the salad is well combined.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  6. Chill at least three hours before serving.
