Simple Turnip & Minced Meat Creamy Ankake Sauce

  1. Cut the turnip into 8 pieces.
  2. Cut the leaves into 4-5cm.
  3. Add 200ml of water, the dashi powder, sake, sugar, and soy sauce to a pot.
  4. Add turnips and minced meat and boil.
  5. Once boiled, add the katakuriko slurry and mix well.
