Simple Turnip & Minced Meat Creamy Ankake Sauce
- 2 Turnips (with leaves)
- 100 grams Ground meat
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Katakuriko (made into a slurry with water)
- Cut the turnip into 8 pieces.
- Cut the leaves into 4-5cm.
- Add 200ml of water, the dashi powder, sake, sugar, and soy sauce to a pot.
- Add turnips and minced meat and boil.
- Once boiled, add the katakuriko slurry and mix well.
