sunshine 's pumpkin pecan pie

  1. preheat oven at 400F and bake on 400 .useing a 9"inch pie dish, put in flour, and make a well, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix in the pie dish.
  2. mix well from a ball then strat pressing to shape of dish ...set a side
  3. for pumpkin, in a bowl mix all ingredients ,together well, now pour in to pie crust.set to side.
  4. for the pecans, butter into a medium saucepan, let butter melt add sugar, corn syrup, seasoning, and beatened egg, mix in fast so egg wont cook, now trun on medium-high heat and let cookfor 2 minutes add pecans stirring constantly,on a low boil for about 5 minutes, it should be thick.
  5. now pour onto pumpkin,place a piece of foil over the pie, put in oven for 30 minutes, now take off foil, bake for 15 minutes longer.or untill golden brown.
  6. take out of oven let set and cool for about 2 to 3 hours.
  7. slice and serve.
