Old Fashioned Trifle

  1. Spread jam evenly on 9 crackers; top with remaining crackers.
  2. Break each sandwich in half; set aside.
  3. Prepare pudding according to package directions using milk.
  4. Layer 1/2 cup pudding and 6 sandwich halves in 1-quart serving bowl; drizzle with 2 tablespoons orange juice.
  5. Repeat layers 2 more times; top with remaining pudding.
  6. Cover; refrigerate 2 hours.
  7. Garnish with whipped topping if desired.
