Cranberry Gelatin Salad

  1. Dissolve 1 large (6 oz) pkg.
  2. cherry gelatin in 2 cups boiling water.
  3. Add 1 cup cold water and place in frig to partially set.
  4. When consistency of egg whites, add 1 can wholeberry cranberry sauce; 2 red delicious apples, diced; 2 celery ribs, diced; and chopped nuts (1/2 cup) if desired.
  5. Pour into mold and refrigerate until firm.
