Bigdogg's Tater Tot Pie
- 1 lb lean ground beef or 1 lb turkey
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (32 ounce) bag tater tots
- 1 12 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheese (any variety)
- preheat oven to 350.
- brown meat, drain return to skillet.
- add soup and milk and simmer for 25 minutes stir occasionally
- grease a 10x13 casserole dish and put one layer of tater tots.
- then add meat mixture, add the remaining tater tots
- bake for 25 mins.
- remove from oven and layer with cheese.
- return to oven until cheese melts.
