Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Cut stems from mushrooms and chop enough for 1 cup.
  2. Melt butter on med.
  3. heat then add onions, garlic and mushroom stems.
  4. Cook until tender then add bread crumbs and cheese.
  5. Stuff mushroom caps and BAKE @ 375 for 10-12 minutes or until brown.
