A Better for You BLT
- 2 slices OSCAR MAYER Turkey Bacon
- 2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
- 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Dressing
- 1 romaine lettuce leaf
- 1/2 medium tomato, sliced, divided King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
- 1/2 cup chopped frozen cauliflower, thawed
- 2 tsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping
- 2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Sliced Almonds
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) , favorite flavor
- COOK bacon in large skillet on medium heat 8 to 10 min.
- or until crisp, turning occasionally.
- Spread toast slices with mayo.
- Cover 1 of the toast slices with bacon, lettuce and 1 slice of tomato; top with remaining toast slice.
- CHOP remaining tomato; toss with broccoli and cauliflower in medium bowl.
- Add grated cheese and dressing; toss to coat.
- TOP banana slices with whipped topping and almonds for dessert.
- SERVE with a glass of CRYSTAL LIGHT.
