A Better for You BLT

  1. COOK bacon in large skillet on medium heat 8 to 10 min.
  2. or until crisp, turning occasionally.
  3. Spread toast slices with mayo.
  4. Cover 1 of the toast slices with bacon, lettuce and 1 slice of tomato; top with remaining toast slice.
  5. CHOP remaining tomato; toss with broccoli and cauliflower in medium bowl.
  6. Add grated cheese and dressing; toss to coat.
  7. TOP banana slices with whipped topping and almonds for dessert.
  8. SERVE with a glass of CRYSTAL LIGHT.
