Skillet Noodles Parmesan
- 8 ounces medium noodles, cooked and drained
- 13 cup chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 cup borden cottage cheese
- 12 cup borden grated parmesan and romano cheese
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 12 cups borden half-and-half
- chopped parsley
- In large skillet, cook onion and garlic in butter until tender.
- Remove from heat; add noodles, cheeses, worcestershire sauce and half and half; mix well.
- Return to low heat until hot.
- Do not boil.
- Transfer to serving dish; sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve immediately.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
