Hash Brown W/ Spinach, Asparagus, Egg and Bacon

  1. Saute green onion in 1/4 cup vegetable oil in shallow pan.
  2. Add thawed spinach and saute until tender.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice and salt.
  4. Set aside spinach mixture.
  5. Divide cooked Home Style hash brown into 4 serving plates.
  6. Top it with spinach mixture.
  7. Place 1 poached egg on top of spinach mixture.
  8. Place 2 pieces of cooked bacon on the side.
  9. Pour Knorr Hollandaise sauce on top.
  10. Garnish with asparagus and serve.
