Honey Mustard Spare Ribs

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Combine all ingredients except ribs in small saucepan.
  3. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. Simmer on low heat 3 min.
  5. Arrange ribs on rack in roasting pan.
  6. Bake 40 min., turning after 20 min.
  7. Brush with mustard mixture; bake 20 min., turning and brushing with glaze every 10 min.
